Traveling can be overwhelming, especially to someplace new. We want to make this as simple as possible and get all your questions answered.

We recommend booking your room ASAP as the room block is a first come first serve basis. We blocked two different room types; Deluxe Ocean View Room & Junior Suite. Please book your room by February 1, 2024. Final balances will be due by March 1, 2024. You can make payments anytime between now and then.
Yes! In order to attend the wedding you will need to book your stay with our travel agent Cherie.
Completely up to you! We hope you treat our wedding like a vacation & enjoy your time away! We reserved a room block from July 16-July 23. The wedding is July 19th. Please be mindful it is a 3 night minimum stay at the resort.
ALL food, ALL drinks, entertainment are included. Gratuities are included already, but you may want to bring smaller bills to tip your favorite servers!
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal attire. Please do not wear white.
Yes! This is your vacation!
Yes, you need a passport to enter Mexico. If you do not have a passport, I highly recommend starting the process ASAP.

Flights are not included in the room block rate. Please book your flights when you are ready.
Transportation can be added to your hotel reservations at an additional cost. If you would like to add transportation you will do this once you book your hotel accommodations.
The weather will be in the 80s-90s.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors.
Yes! Transportation will be available roundtrip for a fee of $75.
Yes! Plus one's are welcome.
Yes! Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Guests from New York are not able to purchase the Cancel for Any Reason portion of the insurance. They can get the Group Select which is less cost.
